Serialization and Bar-code printing

You can now easily add Date & Lot Codes, Bar-code, Serialization to production panels, individual PCBs, test coupons etc to meet the traceability requirement of your customer. Your choice of man readable, code 39 and matrix barcodes are available.

Automated X-Out Printing (Print only good boards)

Automated X-Out Printing Integrating Test Data (QVS) with Jet print allows you to print nomenclature on only GOOD PCB's and correctly marking BAD PCB's. Additionally, you can serialize, bar-code and test stamp good images only. This reduces the possibility of test escapes to your customers.

Automated Air Purge System

Automated Air Purge system using high pressure helps prevent nozzle clogging. This operation can be implemented in Idle state while operator is swapping panels so that print time is not affected.

Auto alignment

With multiple alignment features available, you can chose from 1 to 4 alignment points. X,Y and Theta rotation is measure and data is rasterized for precise image printing.
